Kilby Enterprises (KE) strives to ensure the highest level of customer satisfaction. We offer only quality equipment and merchandise. KE also stands by its products after the sale. Problems are extremely rare and KE will make every effort to resolve any issues that may arise. Please note, however, that the following terms and conditions apply to all sales and in all cases.

Returns:

KE will accept returns for a period of thirty days on all merchandise that has not been damaged or modified and is in condition suitable for resale. The judgment as to a units suitability for resale will be solely KE's. A 20% restocking fee will apply on returns. If there is a problem with the merchandise resulting from an error on the part of KE, KE will pay return shipping costs and waive the 20% restocking fee. In all other cases return shipping will be the customer's responsibility. All returns must be accompanied by a Return Material Authorization (RMA) number. An RMA number will be assigned by KE when the customer gives notice that they intend to return the merchandise. Merchandise returned without prior contact to KE and/or without an RMA number will not be accepted.

Warranties:

This is the only express warranty applicable to products sold by KE and KE neither assumes nor authorizes any other party to assume for KE any other obligation or liability in connection with products sold by KE.

Products manufactured by Kilby Enterprises: All products manufactured by KE (skidplates, On Board Air brackets, etc) shall have a one (1) year warranty on defects in material and workmanship.

Air Conditioning Compressors: KE will warranty A/C compressors against defects in material and workmanship, for a period of thirty (30) days.

Products NOT manufactured by Kilby Enterprises: In all cases where KE is NOT the manufacturer of the product, the original manufacturers warranty, if any, applies. KE will honor all manufacturer warranties, if any, on products originally sold by KE.

Please note that this express warranty provision is null and void if the customer misuses, alters, modifies, or disassembles the product in any way. Further, KE cannot warranty products that fail due to improper installation of the product. KE will only be responsible for costs of repair or replacement made necessary due to defects in material or workmanship and for no other costs or consequential damages.

Cancellations:

Orders cancelled at any time will be subject to any charges/fees incurred by Kilby Enterprises ie; credit card fees, shipping, return shipping, etc.

Disclaimers:

Warranties: Kilby Enterprises disclaims any other warranties, whether express or implied, beyond those set out in the above entitled "Warranties" provision. Warranties specifically disclaimed include, but are not limited to, any implied warranties, any warranty of suitability, any warranty of merchantability, or any warranty of fitness for a particular purpose.

Consequential Damages: Kilby Enterprises will not be responsible for damages resulting from negligence, alteration, accident or use for which the part was not approved by the manufacturer or KE. KE will not be responsible for loss of time, inconvenience, loss of use of a vehicle or any other consequential damages, or labor for removal from the vehicle and reinstallation (if any) of any part or merchandise.
