The Kilby TJ Gas Tank Skid Plate is made from 3/16” steel and powder coated in satin black to blend in under your Jeep. The skid plate protects the rear mounted fuel tank better than the factory sheet metal shield, which is extremely vulnerable to rock impacts. The skid plate is designed to provide additional clearance in several critical areas; rear departure angle is increased for additional obstacle clearance, ground clearance is increased 1”, rear differential & track bar clearance are increased, and driver side rear shock clearance is increased ¾”. The skid plate installation is simple and 100% bolt-on.

• Fits 1997-2002 TJ & 2005-2006 LJ models without a body lift.
• 2003 -2004 TJ & 2004 LJ models require either a 1” body lift or Kilby ½” spacer kit for installation.

Don't get caught without protection! Kilbys new Belly and Engine Skid Plates for the Jeep TJ provide maximum undercarriage protection without sacrificing ground clearance. The 3/16” thick steel skid plates provide a smooth surface for gliding over obstacles while protecting vital engine and drive train components. The Kilby Belly Skid Plate can also be used with or without the engine skid plate.

Trail Boss Rocker Skid Plates are manufactured from 3/16” thick HRPO steel and feature internal gusseting for superior strength. Their design matches the Trail Boss Series Bumpers. They feature a 45 degree bottom angle for sliding over obstacles and a 3” wide top surface that performs dual duty as both a step surface and a side body stand-off when negotiating tight spots in the rocks. The rockers include backing plates that increase side body sheet metal rigidity during heavy use. The kits include all necessary parts, including stainless steel hardware, body gasket material, and rivet nuts (with an installation tool) for blind access holes. Standard TJ and LJ units are finished in a durable satin black powder coat. The “High Line” TJ and LJ units are special order only and shipped raw metal.

The perfectly matched 2-piece clamz' are designed to sandwich and encase the body mount and glide over obstacles without incurring any damage. Manufactured from 3/16” HRPO steel and finished in a durable satin black powder coat, these guards are built to take the abuse. Kits include stainless steel mounting hardware.

Kilby's Rear Interior Storage Rack is designed specifically for the standard model TJ. Fabricated from welded 1” square steel tubing with a welded expanded metal floor and finished in black texture powder coat, this rack is built to take it! The rack mounts securely inside the TJ to provide 2 layers of storage space for maximum functionality. The rack measures 48” wide by 32.5” deep, with 4” tall sides. Installation is simple and 100% bolt-on.

Fits 2000 -2006 TJ
This Kilby Dual Battery Tray for the 2000-2006 TJ fits two batteries in the place of one! Dual batteries ensure you have enough power for winching, auxiliary lighting, and other accessories without leaving you stranded. The tray is made from heavy-duty steel, includes all necessary hardware, and is easy to install.

• Does not include wiring.
• For use with “Optima” Series 34 and 34/78 batteries only.
• Fits 2000-2006 TJ equipped with AC.
• Includes new modified AC line for systems with removable line to dryer.
• AC must be re-charged after line installation.

Finally, a simple fix for what many Jeep owners consider to be a “factory oversight”. The TJ Hood Lift eliminates the need to fight with the factory prop rod when raising the hood. After installation, raising the hood becomes a simple one-handed operation. The Hood Lift can also be adjusted for increased under-hood access! The kit comes complete with all necessary hardware. Installation is simple and requires only minor drilling.

The Kilby Welder Tray mounts in the engine compartment on the passenger side and provides a secure, easily accessible platform for the Premier Brand Power Welder. This versatile tray can also be used without the welder to mount other aftermarket accessories like a compressor, tool box, or an air tank. The tray is made from heavy-duty steel, includes all necessary hardware, and is easy to install.

• Will not work with factory intake. An aftermarket unit such as K&N is required.
• Will not work with Kilby KE-1000 On Board Air Kit.

The Kilby Switch Center provides a clean functional mounting space for gauges and/or switches on top of the center dash in the TJ without adversely affecting your view. It's made from durable ABS Plastic and comes blank, ready to equip to your needs. Installation is simple using 2 factory holes and drilling 2 additional ones. The switch center measures 9.5” wide x 4” deep x 3.75” high. The useable mounting surface measures 8.25” wide x 3” high. The bottom of the switch center is open to facilitate wiring.

The TJ Hard Top Bolt Kit makes top removal easier than ever. The aircraft quality wing style bolts are simple to install and include stainless steel washers. The bolt kit also provides quick access when used in conjunction with our Rear Cargo Panel Kit. The bolt kit includes 6 replacement hardtop mounting bolts and flat washers. Installation is quick and simple.

• Torx Bit Socket required for factory bolt removal.
